Street Art Public Art

In front of the soon to be Bernie Grant Centre on Saturday was an artist completing a mural. Not being from around the area, at first I thought he was painting out graffiti, but was pleased to finally grasp that he was in fact creating a piece of public art for the enjoyment of everyone.
