There exists in all of us both male and female hormones but an imbalance between them can create in females excess body hair. In many western cultures, feminity is deemed compromised if excess hair is apparent. In these images, a sample from the series “The Androgyny of Body Hair”, Kitty Melbourne is one such female battling to conform.
