Buying a property at auction often seems very desirable, you can pick up bargains, however they are not without their own degree of risk in as much as the ‘bargain’ you pick up could end up being a money pit if you’re not careful and don’t do your research. Notwithstanding, London property auctions taking place in March offer lots of every description and price bracket. Are we starting to see a softening in the market amongst property investors?
