London Property Auctions – Upcoming Auctions Jan 2008
January is not a busy month for UK property auctions. If you have started your new year property auction search already, then you are going to find the pickings on the ground quite slim, especially if you are looking for a London property auction to attend.
If you are looking for your next buy to let property you could pick up something over the next few weeks that will start your year off well.
Alternatively if you are looking for a London property for under £150,000 you can find them at auction. Check this post for a property I found last year in South London property that sold at auction for £100,000. It is not impossible to find a London property for under £120,000. It just takes patience and continual perusal of the auction catalogues and websites in order to find that elusive gem.

I’ve so far only found one London Property auction this month.

Catalogue: There is no catalogue currently available but if you register on their website for a catalogue it will be sent to you as soon as it is made available (usually 2 weeks prior).

Remember most Property Auction Houses release their auction catalogue about 2-3 weeks before the auction.
