Offline, bingo is about community. On BingoPort.co.uk this is also the case. The Forum seems to be very active, but what was great was the interactive nature of the community that is online at the site.

I clicked on the “play free” button and the game launched. I had no idea what to do next, but before I knew it someone was asking me if I was alright and needed any help using the inbuilt chat window incorporated in the game playing window.

I asked a couple of questions and before you knew it I was playing and understood what was going on. This is a great feature for newbies, who like me might feel a little daunted by all the information that’s on the screen.

I guess if you’re used to online bingo sites, then you’d know what you to look for right off the bat. All the same, before signing up for a site, most people wander around it to see if it might be something they like. BingoPort could do with putting a “Newbies START HERE” section on the site, as before sign up new visitors wouldn’t necessarily get the benefits of the community that is there.

I quite enjoyed my little ‘play’ at BingoPort.co.uk. Thanks to their 1000 PortPoints that are awarded on sign up, I know I will be going back there to play some more free bingo. Who knows, perhaps if I win enough points on the free game, I could be tempted into the money games.
