Exploring the Androgyny of body hair

[tag]Body hair[/tag] on women is an intriguing subject which I am currently exploring via a collaboration with a sculptural artist in a project exploring concepts around [tag]androgyny[/tag].

The project is presently focused via the medium of [tag]photography[/tag]. With the use of light and reflection we hope to produce some stunning images of women who are willing to have their body hair photographed.

The focus of the [tag]artistic[/tag] project will concentrate on areas of the body from which all hair is removed by most women in western society.

We hope to learn how women feel about themselves in relation to others who completely remove all unwanted hair in an effort to conform to what is deemed the ‘[tag]female[/tag]‘ ideal.
