My girlfriend and I recently did a photoshoot in a private club, to help an ex-friend of ours who is a professional photographer. We did it for free, no money changed hands, no contract or anything. It was purely on the understanding that we could have unrestricted copies of all the photos of us. after the shoot he refused to give us any photos and told us they were his property and he owned the copyright and he was able to do whatever he wanted with them. this is quite distressing because most of them are pretty raunchy. he has started to display them on at least 2 websites. he has since after several months given us some, but they have so many restrictions on them we cannot use them. any ideas where we stand legally please.

Thanks for the article, it’s really useful. I have also just learned in other website that we can plan our baby’s gender using chinese calendar for pregnancy.

2 questions.
if i take a picture on someone elses camera do i as the creater of the image have the copy right

i if employed by a company as a general worker and i take a picture at work on my personal camera do i have the copy right or does my employer

Well, not everyone is going to achieve the same results with glasses. I wear GP rigid lenses as well, because I have a particular condition in my eye that benefits from the rigidness of the lens.

I’d be struggling to remove a lens from my good eye. It would take me a good 10 mins to remove, where as with my bad eye, with the condition in, the lens was much easier to remove. This battle discouraged me from using them altogether, until I heard about the suction removal tools.

They really are great. It’s just a little squeezy rubber tube – which helps remove the lens in seconds.

I would really recommend them to anyone reading this blog.

i tried going to a photography school , but the truth is i didnt like it and i stopped going , i agree with stirlyn and i learned enough myself from using a normal camera to take beautiful photos which my freinds loved and i also got a job from doing so too and i love it.

One can see the Portuguese influence in the city, it
reminds me alot of Maputo in Mozambique. Love that they’ve kept the
cannons on the beach front, really adds character.
