Outside of Asia and the middile east the world's economies are sick and getting sicker. Here in Arizona, USA, I see real estate brokers advertising homes for sale "20% under market value". What the heck is "market value" in a declining market? The secret is to form an investment group and buy 20 REOs at a time directly from the bank. You have a shot at getting them for half or less of their conservative value. That will give you a chance to hang on until the market hits bottom. In dismissing a claim for a judicial review by one Andrew Wood. His Lordship held that the taking and retention of photographs by the Police of the claimantwas not an infringement of the right to privacy under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. There were no English cases dealing with the retention of photographic material by the police but the English courts at the highest level had adopted a very robust approach to the question of interference with artice 8 rights. Bearing those rights in mind, there had been no interference with the claimants rights. This is the "bare bones" of the matter. i suggest you do your own research. Just this few days, I start to realize that I should take photography school, at least a year or something. The problem I have now is, I have no Idea where n how to work with ppl, coz I do everything alone normally, but when I start to do project with team, then I realize that I have this problem. Somehow its confuse me, who is rite or wrong.... who think about the design, the ideas... is it from the photographer? or there is someone else will do that work~ for sure I have problem to think about Pose, as I have many experiences in Journalist (travel & weddings) and Portraits any advice anyone? nice articles, I never take photography school, but I did get when I go to art school (which I never finish it also)

But he is in way over his head as Mayor and I suspect that he probably know it.
