After not feeling too hot over the weekend, I am back to winning ways again thanks to some rest, water and lemons. I find 30 degrees in the City is too hot, especially because it’s so built up. It’s fine if you’re in the country or by a beach but in a a concrete jungle it’s a little oppressive.
