I was out by the Southbank in [tag]London[/tag] and took this picture. I liked the mans [tag]tattoo[/tag] design so I quickly snapped him. He looks determined as if he is on a mission. I can’t remember if he was looking at someone in particular or whether he was just glancing around him as he strode along the path to the side of the riverbank.
